Welcome to Raising Energy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.raisingenergy.com (the "Site") and any sessions, readings, events, or services offered by Angel Morgan ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session, purchase services, or use the Site. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Sessions for or involving minors must be arranged with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian and are at our sole discretion.

2. Services Offered

Raising Energy offers spiritual and intuitive services, including but not limited to:

  • Psychic readings
  • Mediumship sessions
  • Animal communication
  • Mentoring and intuitive development
  • Akashic Records and speciality readings
  • Group events, workshops, and live experiences

Sessions are delivered virtually (via video call, phone, or online platform) or in person, as specified at the time of booking.

3. Nature of the Services — Important Disclaimers

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Spiritual guidance only. Sessions are offered for spiritual, intuitive, and personal insight purposes. Information shared during sessions reflects Angel's intuitive perceptions and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your circumstances.

  • Not professional advice. Sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or veterinary matters.

  • Animal communication. Animal communication sessions are intended to help foster understanding and connection between people and their animal companions. They are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your animal has a medical or behavioral concern, please consult a licensed veterinarian.

  • Personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information received during a session. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from such decisions.

  • Results vary. Every session is unique and outcomes cannot be predicted, guaranteed, or replicated.

4. Booking, Payment, and Pricing

  • All bookings are made through our online scheduling system or by direct arrangement.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Prices may change from time to time; the price listed at the time of booking will be the price you pay for that session.

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. Our rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both clients and Angel's schedule:

  • 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your session free of charge, one time, to any available date within 90 days of the original booking.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: One courtesy reschedule may be permitted at our discretion. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  • How to reschedule: Contact us through our booking system or by email with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation before the session: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may receive a credit toward a future session (no cash refund). Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the full session fee is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session, we may, at our discretion, shorten or cancel the session. Sessions cut short due to client lateness will not be extended or refunded.

7. No Refund Policy

All sessions are non-refundable once completed. By booking, you acknowledge that you are purchasing Angel's time, energy, and intuitive guidance — not a specific outcome. Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content, accuracy, or interpretation of a reading
  • Disagreement with messages received
  • Decisions made or actions taken based on information shared
  • Any outcome or lack of outcome following a session

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion — for example, technical issues on our end that prevented the session from taking place.

8. Event and Workshop Policy

  • Tickets for events, workshops, and live experiences are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.
  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.
  • Some events may have additional terms disclosed at the time of registration.

9. Client Conduct

You agree to participate in sessions with respect, honesty, and an open mind. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if a client:

  • Is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening
  • Appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that disrupts the session
  • Records, shares, or publishes any part of a session without written permission
  • Violates these Terms or applicable law

10. Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential. Angel will not disclose the content of your session to third parties, except:

  • Where required by law
  • Where there is a clear and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
  • With your express written consent (for example, for testimonials, with your permission)

You agree to respect Angel's intellectual property and not to record, reproduce, or distribute session content, materials, or recordings without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, photographs, videos, logos, and branding — is the property of Angel Morgan / Raising Energy and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services (such as booking platforms, event registration pages, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Raising Energy and Angel Morgan are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to a session or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific session or service.
  • You agree to use our services at your own risk and discretion.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raising Energy, Angel Morgan, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
