Spirit Guide

A spirit guide is a non-physical being believed to offer guidance, protection, and support to a person throughout their life or during specific periods.

A spirit guide is a non-physical being that is believed to accompany and support you through your life. Different spiritual traditions have different understandings of what guides are — some see them as ancestors, some as ascended souls, some as angelic beings, and some as aspects of higher consciousness.

What most traditions agree on is that guides are here to help — not to make decisions for you, but to nudge, support, and illuminate your path when you are open to receiving their guidance.

Spirit guides communicate in subtle ways. You might notice repeating numbers, a song that keeps playing at meaningful moments, a strong gut feeling about a decision, or a dream that feels unusually vivid and purposeful. Many people describe their guide's presence as a feeling of calm reassurance — a sense that they are not alone, even in their hardest moments.

Some people have one primary guide throughout their life. Others have guides that come and go depending on what they are going through — a guide for a creative period, a guide for a period of healing, a guide for a major life change.

You do not need to be psychic to connect with your guides. Everyone has them. The difference is awareness — learning to recognise the signs and trust what you are receiving.
