Aura

An aura is the subtle energy field believed to surround every living being, often described as layers of light or colour that reflect a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual state.

An aura is the energy field that is believed to surround every living being. It is often described as layers of light or colour extending outward from the body, reflecting a person's physical health, emotional state, and spiritual energy.

Those who can perceive auras — whether through clairvoyance or developed sensitivity — describe them in terms of colour, brightness, and density. A vibrant, clear aura is generally associated with good health and positive energy. A dull, murky, or fragmented aura may indicate stress, illness, grief, or energetic depletion.

Aura colours are often interpreted as carrying specific meanings. For example, blue is commonly associated with communication and calm, green with healing and growth, yellow with intellect and optimism, and purple with spiritual awareness. However, interpretation depends on context — the same colour can mean different things depending on its shade, location, and what else is present in the energy field.

You do not need to see auras to sense them. Most people have had the experience of being near someone and feeling their energy — whether it is uplifting, draining, anxious, or calm. That felt sense is you picking up on their aura.

Your aura is not fixed. It shifts with your mood, health, environment, and the people around you. Practices like meditation, time in nature, energy healing, and simply resting can all help clear and strengthen your energy field.
